My little notes on our relationship to our Body and REALITY.
Your Body is Your Subconscious Mind
Renowned biologist Bruce Lipton once said:
“Your thoughts create your biology.”
“Your perception controls your biology. What you believe creates your life—on the inside and the outside.”
Similarly, Dr. David R. Hawkins, author of Power vs. Force, reminds us:
“Your body is expressing that which is held in consciousness. To heal the body, we must look at what is held in consciousness.”
He emphasized that we are often unaware of what’s actually stored in our consciousness. Yet the body acts like an X-ray of the mind, revealing in physical form what is silently held within us. Whatever shows up in the body had to first exist in the mind—even if unconsciously.
So if you think you can hide your thoughts and emotions—think again.
Your body is your subconscious mind. It runs on auto-pilot, governed by deeply ingrained emotional patterns and mental programs. And it’s constantly communicating with you, whether you’re paying attention or not.
When you ignore emotional cues—tightness, tension, unease—they eventually speak louder: through fatigue, illness, dis-ease, or even accidents. These are not punishments, but powerful signals.
Your body tells you when it’s time to shift how you think, feel, and respond. Emotions are thoughts in motion—physically felt in the body as pain, discomfort, or energy. The longer they’re left unacknowledged, the more forcefully they manifest.
As Albert Einstein wisely said:
“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
To change your biology, you must first unlearn the beliefs that shaped your current reality.
When you’re unconscious (and by that I mean unaware—not in a coma), even your food choices become reflections of your internal state. Eating can become reactive, a mirror of the thoughts you’re not addressing. And as we know, food has a profound effect on both body and mind.
In essence:
Your body = your stored emotions = your repetitive thoughts and behaviors = your life.
