Changing Your Biology to Change Your Reality

My little notes on our relationship to our Body and REALITY.




A renowned biologist, Bruce Lipton says

“Your thoughts create your Biology”

“Your perception controls your biology. What you believe creates your life on the inside and outside."

Dr. David Hawkins, the author of Power vs Force said,

“Your Body is expressing that which is held in consciousness. (To heal the body)What we need to look at is what is held in consciousness.”

He also said how we are so often unconscious of what is actually held in consciousness. But the body is just like the X-ray of our consciousness. And what the X-ray is telling us is what must be held in mind for this to be present itself in the body.

So if you think you can hide your thoughts and emotions, think again.

Because your body is your subconscious mind, your unconscious programming that’s running your life on auto pilot repeatedly producing the same emotions and reactions.

therefore your body IS your subconscious mind.

In fact your body is always telling you when it’s time to change the way you think. It literally shows you when you need to pay attention to your thoughts through emotions (which are your thoughts in action embodied as pains, sensations etc.) It tells you when to stop reacting and start responding differently. And as you ignore them for long enough they manifest as illnesses and diseases and even accidents.

We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.

So in order to change your BIOLOGY, first, you have to unlearn those beliefs that caused you to create the state you are in now.


When you are unconscious (what I mean by here is unaware, not that you are in a coma), the food you eat is the symptoms of your inner state, which is created by your inner thinking.

In other words, FOOD becomes your REACTION. And you know what food can do to your body and your psychology.


Your body = your stored emotions = repetitive thoughts and behavior = Life
